Tie Talk Elite

Fortnightly live clinical sessions, the full recording back catalogue, course access, and direct interaction with Kate and Justin Roche. For practitioners who are serious about staying at the front of this field.

Who this is for

For clinicians who want more than a course.

Tongue tie is a complex, multidisciplinary clinical area. The research moves quickly. The cases are rarely straightforward. And working in this field — particularly as a specialist or as the primary referral point in your area — can be isolating.

Tie Talk Elite was built for practitioners who recognise that ongoing peer discussion, case review, and structured learning are not optional extras. They are how clinical expertise is built and maintained over time.

You may be a lactation consultant, physiotherapist, speech and language therapist, occupational therapist, osteopath, dentist, ENT, paediatrician, or GP. What matters is that you work with patients where tethered oral tissues are part of the clinical picture — and you want to do it better.

Elite is the right fit if you
Want structured, regular clinical discussion — not just access to static content
Work with tongue tie patients regularly and want to bring complex cases to a multidisciplinary group
Want ongoing access to any Toolbox course you purchase for as long as your membership is active
Want to learn from the full back catalogue of recorded sessions at any time
Want direct access to Kate and Justin during live sessions
Want 20% off all Tongue Tie Toolbox courses
What's included

Everything in Elite

Elite membership is built around a fortnightly rhythm of live clinical engagement, supplemented by a growing library of recorded content and course access that persists for as long as you remain a member.

🎥

Fortnightly live sessions

Live video sessions every two weeks, facilitated by Kate and Justin Roche. Each session covers a clinical theme, case presentation, or current topic in tongue tie assessment and management. Every attendee can contribute questions and discussion throughout.

📚

Full recording back catalogue

Unlimited access to every recorded session — from the first Tie Talk through to the most recent. This is the exclusive benefit of Elite membership. Alliance members attend live sessions but do not have access to the recording archive.

🎓

Course access while you're a member

Any Tongue Tie Toolbox course you purchase remains accessible for as long as your Elite membership is active. Standard course access is eight weeks from purchase — Elite removes that limit entirely while you maintain your subscription.

💬

Priority case submission

Elite members can submit cases for discussion in advance of each session. Your case is reviewed and brought to the group with the depth it deserves — not as a quick Q&A but as a structured multidisciplinary discussion.

🏷️

20% off all courses

Elite members receive a 20% discount on all Tongue Tie Toolbox courses — Functional Feeding and Therapeutic Techniques, Frenectomy, and Frenuloplasty. The saving on a single course more than offsets several months of membership.

🤝

Community discussion space

Access to the Tie Talk community Q&A space — ask questions between sessions, share clinical observations, and connect with practitioners across disciplines and geographies. Updated with in-person course dates and conference appearances from the NTTC team.

Inside a Tie Talk session

What to expect when you join

Tie Talk is not a webinar. It is a working clinical discussion — structured enough to be productive, open enough to go where the case takes it.

1
Clinical theme or case presentation

Each session opens with a structured case or clinical theme — drawn from current NTTC practice or submitted by Elite members in advance. Kate and Justin present the clinical picture, decision-making process, and outcome.

2
Open multidisciplinary discussion

All attendees — regardless of discipline — can contribute questions and observations throughout. This is where the multidisciplinary value of Tie Talk is most tangible: a surgeon, a physiotherapist, and a lactation consultant working through the same case from different vantage points.

3
Direct access to Kate and Justin

Kate and Justin are present and engaged throughout each session — not as moderators at a distance but as active clinical participants. The questions you can ask directly in Tie Talk are the questions you would otherwise have to wait for a conference to ask.

4
Recording available immediately after (Elite only)

Every session is recorded and added to the back catalogue. Elite members can watch at any time — within the session or weeks later. Missed a session? It will be there waiting. Found a case particularly relevant to your practice? Watch it again.

Common questions

Before you join

How often are the live sessions?
Sessions are fortnightly — every two weeks. You will receive joining details in advance of each session. If you cannot attend live, the recording is available immediately afterwards in your Elite member area.
What happens to my course access if I cancel my membership?
Course access for Elite members is maintained for as long as your membership is active. If you cancel, access returns to the standard eight-week window from the date of purchase — so if your eight weeks have already elapsed, access will end when your membership does. We recommend completing active courses before cancelling.
Can I access recordings of sessions I missed?
Yes — this is one of the primary benefits of Elite membership. The full back catalogue of recorded sessions is available to you from the moment you join, including sessions that took place before you became a member. Alliance members attend live sessions but do not have access to recordings.
How do I submit a case for discussion?
Elite members can submit cases in advance of each session through the community discussion space. Cases are reviewed by Kate and Justin and brought to the group in the following session. Priority is given to Elite submissions.
Is the 20% course discount applied automatically?
Yes — the discount is applied automatically at checkout when you are logged in as an active Elite member. It applies to all Tongue Tie Toolbox courses including the Functional Feeding and Therapeutic Techniques course, the Frenectomy course, and the Frenuloplasty course.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. If you start on a monthly plan and decide to switch to annual, contact us and we will arrange the transition. The annual plan works out at the equivalent of €24.17 per month — a saving of €69.88 compared to 12 months at the monthly rate.
What disciplines are represented in Tie Talk?
Tie Talk members include lactation consultants, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, osteopaths, craniosacral therapists, dentists, ENT surgeons, paediatricians, GPs, midwives, and public health nurses. The multidisciplinary mix is deliberate — it reflects how tongue tie is best managed in practice.
