Tie Talk Alliance
A free peer community for clinicians who treat tongue tie. Fortnightly live sessions with Kate and Justin Roche, case-led discussion, and connection with practitioners across the full clinical spectrum.
Facilitated by the team at the National Tongue Tie Centre, Clonmel.
Peer discussion that drives practice forward
Tongue tie is not a condition that belongs to one profession. Practitioners who manage it well understand it across disciplines, knowing what the surgeon sees, what the physiotherapist treats, and what the lactation consultant is supporting, often in the same patient at the same time.
Tie Talk Alliance is built around that reality. Fortnightly live sessions bring clinicians from across the spectrum into the same conversation, working through cases and clinical themes with Kate and Justin Roche as facilitators.
It is not a webinar series. There is no passive listening, no slides for the sake of it. It is a working peer group for clinicians who take this area seriously and want to think through it with others who do the same.
Fortnightly live sessions
Every two weeks, live. Kate and Justin present a case or clinical theme, the group discusses, and questions are taken throughout. Alliance members attend live and can ask questions in real time.
The full recording back catalogue, advanced course discounts, and priority case discussion access are available to Elite members. Alliance is the starting point. See Elite →

Dentists and dental therapists
Practitioners assessing oral anatomy, performing frenectomy, or receiving referrals from the broader feeding team.

SLTs working in swallowing, articulation, and myofunctional therapy where restricted oral mobility is a clinical variable.
Physiotherapists and manual therapists
Clinicians addressing craniosacral, fascial, and postural components of tongue tie presentation, including osteopaths and CSTs.
Midwives and public health nurses
Community practitioners who are often the first clinical contact for families and who carry the referral decision.

Each session is live and case-led. Kate and Justin present a clinical theme or case from NTTC practice, and the group discusses. Questions are taken throughout. Sessions typically run 45 to 60 minutes.

Yes. You can upgrade to Tie Talk Elite at any time from within your Kajabi account. There is no obligation to upgrade and no pressure to do so. Many members stay in Alliance long term. Elite is there when it makes sense for your practice.
Does membership provide CPD credits?
